These are the rules for using Arentha's public website. They are not the contract for ArenthaOS, a pilot, a license, an investment, or an enterprise relationship. Those arrangements are governed by separate written agreements.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of arentha.net and other public websites operated by Arentha, Inc. under the Arentha name that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Website”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.
The Website shares information about Arentha, our technology, research, products, services, intellectual property, business activities, and related work. It is primarily an informational site.
Simply visiting the Website does not create a customer, partnership, fiduciary, employment, investment, licensing, agency, or other business relationship with Arentha.
The Website and its content, including text, visual design, graphics, interfaces, diagrams, animation, video, software, documentation, reports, research, photographs, logos, trademarks, product names, technology names, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Arentha and may be protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade-secret, and other intellectual-property laws.
“Arentha,” “ArenthaOS,” and other Arentha names, marks, logos, product identifiers, and technology identifiers may be trademarks, service marks, or other proprietary identifiers of Arentha or its affiliates.
You may view, print, or download reasonable portions of publicly available Website content for lawful informational, educational, news-reporting, or internal business purposes. Keep proprietary notices intact, and do not imply that Arentha sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with you unless that is actually true.
Unless the law permits it or Arentha gives you written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, sell, license, create commercial derivative works from, or commercially exploit substantial portions of proprietary Website content.
Arentha publishes information about its technology because we want people to understand what we are building. Publishing that information does not grant a license to the underlying technology.
Descriptions of architectures, systems, methods, frameworks, workflows, governance mechanisms, computational methods, benchmarks, diagrams, research, or technical capabilities do not grant any right under an Arentha patent, patent application, copyright, trademark, know-how, confidential method, or other intellectual-property right.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
We welcome ordinary human use of our public Website. We do not give blanket permission to turn proprietary Arentha material into training data, a commercial dataset, or a shortcut to reconstructing our technology.
Unless Arentha gives written permission or applicable law allows the activity, you may not use automated agents, bots, crawlers, scraping tools, data-mining systems, AI systems, machine-learning systems, or similar technology to systematically obtain or repurpose proprietary Website content for:
Training, fine-tuning, evaluating, or improving an AI or machine-learning model.
Creating or enriching a commercial dataset.
Replicating or reconstructing Arentha technology, proprietary methodology, or non-public implementation details.
Building a competing product based substantially on proprietary Arentha material.
Circumventing access controls, technical protections, rate limits, or machine-readable instructions.
Commercial exploitation inconsistent with ordinary access to the public Website.
This does not prohibit ordinary indexing by legitimate public search engines that follow Arentha's machine-readable instructions, or activity that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.
You may not use the Website to gain unauthorized access to, reverse engineer, decompile, reconstruct, or attempt to discover non-public source code, algorithms, architectures, implementation methods, security mechanisms, or other non-public proprietary aspects of Arentha technology.
A public benchmark, high-level diagram, demonstration, concept, or technical explanation does not disclose every underlying implementation detail and does not waive rights in information or technology that remains protected.
Please do not:
Use the Website in violation of law or another person's rights.
Attempt unauthorized access to the Website, accounts, servers, networks, or connected systems.
Interfere with the Website's availability, security, or operation.
Introduce malware, malicious code, automated abuse, or harmful material.
Circumvent security controls, access restrictions, or rate limits.
Impersonate another person or organization or submit materially fraudulent information.
Conduct unauthorized penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or security testing.
Harvest personal information from the Website for unlawful or unsolicited purposes.
Use Arentha names or marks in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
Use Website material in a way that infringes Arentha's or another party's intellectual-property or proprietary rights.
Technical results need context. The Website may include research findings, demonstrations, performance measurements, computational results, estimates, comparisons, projections, or benchmarks. Those results may depend on a particular workload, dataset, configuration, hardware environment, software version, methodology, or assumption.
Actual results may differ. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, a benchmark or technical statement on the Website is not a warranty that every deployment will produce an identical result.
Some Website material may describe planned, experimental, developmental, beta, prototype, or future functionality. Building technology means learning. Arentha may change priorities, specifications, timing, availability, naming, or implementation as the work develops.
Website content is not legal, medical, investment, financial, accounting, tax, engineering, cybersecurity, regulatory, or other professional advice. If a decision requires specialized expertise, please get advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
Nothing on the Website is an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation concerning a security or investment. Any securities offering by Arentha or an affiliated entity will be made through the appropriate offering documents and in accordance with applicable securities laws.
Statements about markets, customers, partnerships, opportunities, valuation, projections, technology, business plans, or future events should not be treated as an offering document or investment recommendation.
The Website may talk about where we believe technology, products, markets, research, or the company may go next. Those forward-looking statements involve assumptions, risks, uncertainty, technological development, market conditions, regulation, and other factors. Actual events or results may be different.
If you send Arentha an inquiry, suggestion, proposal, feedback, idea, or other communication, you keep ownership of intellectual property you already own. Unless we have separately agreed in writing to confidentiality, please do not assume an unsolicited message sent through a public Website form or general email address is confidential.
Please do not send trade secrets, protected health information, sensitive personal information, classified information, export-controlled information, source code restricted by a third party, or other restricted material through a general Website form.
If you voluntarily give us ordinary feedback about the public Website or an Arentha product, you allow us to use that feedback internally to evaluate and improve our work. That does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property or override a separate confidentiality agreement.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the public Website. Customer and enterprise data may be governed by separate agreements, including data processing agreements, business associate agreements, data use agreements, or other written contracts.
We may link to third-party websites, publications, platforms, products, or services because they are useful or relevant. A link does not necessarily mean we endorse the third party, and we do not control that party's content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or change part of the Website at any time. We do not promise that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Arentha disclaims express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that the law does not allow us to exclude.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arentha and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the public Website, including lost profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arentha's total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the public Website will not exceed $100. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations, so part of this section may not apply to you.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arentha and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Website when we reasonably believe someone has materially violated these Terms, threatened the security or integrity of our systems, infringed rights, or engaged in unlawful activity. We may also use other remedies available under law.
The Website and our business will evolve. When we update these Terms, we will change the “Last Updated” date above. If the law requires additional notice or consent for a particular change, we will provide it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. To the extent permitted by law, disputes concerning the public Website or these Terms will be brought in state or federal courts with jurisdiction in Colorado.
Nothing in this section takes away a consumer right, protection, or forum that applicable law does not allow a consumer to waive.
If one provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest stay in effect. If Arentha does not enforce a provision at one point in time, that does not waive it.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy govern the public Website. A separate signed Arentha agreement controls the products, services, licenses, pilots, partnerships, investments, or other matters it covers.
