Privacy should be understandable. This policy explains what information Arentha may collect when you visit our public website, why we use it, who may receive it, how long we keep it, and the choices you may have about it.
One distinction matters from the beginning. This policy covers our public website. It does not govern customer or partner data processed through ArenthaOS or another Arentha service under a separate agreement. Those relationships have their own contractual and data-protection terms.
In this policy, “Arentha,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Arentha, Inc, the entity that owns or operates arentha.net, together with its affiliates where applicable. “Website” means arentha.net and any other public Arentha webpage that links to this policy.
This policy applies when Arentha is deciding how and why personal information is used in connection with the public Website, including information you submit through a website form or public-facing communication.
If Arentha processes data for a customer or partner under a master services agreement, data processing agreement, business associate agreement, data use agreement, or similar contract, that agreement controls the covered processing.
What we collect depends on how you interact with the Website. We may collect the following categories of personal information:
Contact and identity information. Your name, email address, telephone number, organization, job title, or other professional contact information you choose to provide.
Website and device information. Your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, cookie or device identifiers, and diagnostic or security information.
Approximate location. We may infer a general location from an IP address. The public Website is not intended to collect precise GPS location.
Professional information. Your employer, business role, professional interests, or information included in a business, media, employment, partnership, or customer inquiry.
Your communications with us. Messages, questions, feedback, attachments, and other information you choose to include when you contact Arentha.
Preferences and limited inferences. Communication preferences and, if analytics or similar tools are enabled, limited inferences about Website interests based on pages viewed or interactions with the site.
We may receive this information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from vendors that help us operate the Website, or from lawful public, professional, or business sources.
The public Website is not designed to collect Social Security numbers, payment-card credentials, government identification numbers, genetic information, biometric identifiers used for identification, medical diagnoses, precise geolocation, or other highly sensitive information through general contact forms. Please do not send that kind of information unless Arentha specifically asks for it through an appropriate process.
We use personal information for ordinary, defined business purposes, including to:
Keep the Website running, secure, and reliable.
Respond when you contact us.
Provide information you request about Arentha, ArenthaOS, our technology, research, services, partnerships, or company developments.
Evaluate business, media, customer, partner, vendor, employment, and professional inquiries.
Manage business and professional relationships.
Understand how the Website is used and improve its performance, content, and communications.
Detect and investigate misuse, fraud, security incidents, or unlawful activity.
Maintain appropriate business records.
Meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
Carry out another purpose we explain when we collect the information, or that you ask us to carry out.
We try not to collect information simply because we can. Our aim is to collect, use, and keep what is reasonably necessary for a disclosed purpose. If we want to use personal information for a materially different purpose, we will provide the notice or obtain the consent required by law.
Visiting arentha.net is not permission to train on you. A visit to the public Website does not give Arentha unrestricted rights to your personal information.
Arentha does not use personal information submitted through the public Website to train publicly available or general-purpose artificial intelligence models. We may use automated systems for limited operational purposes such as security, spam detection, routing, administration, or analytics where appropriate and lawful.
Data processed through Arentha products or enterprise services is governed separately by the agreement that applies to that customer or partner relationship.
Like most modern websites, the Website may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, or similar technologies. Some are part of the basic plumbing of the site, for example security, session management, or core functionality. Others may support analytics, embedded content, preferences, or advertising if those tools are enabled.
Where the law requires consent or an opt-out choice for non-essential technologies, we will provide an appropriate cookie or privacy-preference control. Any privacy or cookie preference control displayed on the Website forms part of this policy.
We do not disclose personal information simply because another company would like to have it. We may disclose information when there is a legitimate reason to do so, including to:
Service providers. Companies that help us host, secure, analyze, maintain, or communicate through the Website, or that provide form processing, email delivery, customer-relationship management, or similar business services.
Professional advisers. Lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers, consultants, and other advisers when their work reasonably requires access.
Business partners. In limited circumstances, when sharing is reasonably necessary to respond to or pursue a collaboration, customer inquiry, event, media request, or other business relationship and is consistent with your expectations or consent.
Government, legal, and security recipients. Courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or property.
Transaction counterparties. Potential or actual investors, financing sources, acquirers, successors, and transaction advisers in connection with a financing, investment, merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We try not to collect information simply because we can. Our aim is to collect, use, and keep what is reasonably necessary for a disclosed purpose. If we want to use personal information for a materially different purpose, we will provide the notice or obtain the consent required by law.
We do not sell personal information for money. Privacy laws sometimes use words such as “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” more broadly. Certain analytics, embedded-content, or advertising technologies can fall within those definitions even when no money changes hands.
If a technology or practice on our Website creates a legal right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, we will provide the notice and choice required by law and update this policy to describe the practice.
The public Website is not designed to collect sensitive personal information through general forms. If you send sensitive information we did not request, we will use it only as reasonably necessary to address your communication, protect rights or security, or comply with law, and we may delete or restrict it when it is no longer needed.
If we later build a Website feature that intentionally collects sensitive personal information, we will provide any notice, consent, limitation, or other control the law requires before or at the time of collection.
We keep personal information only as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose that brought it to us. In deciding how long that is, we consider the nature and sensitivity of the information, our relationship with you, operational and security needs, applicable limitation periods, contractual requirements, and legal obligations.
For example, a simple website inquiry may be kept only as long as we need it to respond and maintain an appropriate business record. Security logs or records connected to a legal obligation may need to be kept longer. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete it, de-identify it, aggregate it, or securely dispose of it, subject to lawful backup, archival, security, litigation-hold, or regulatory requirements.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, acquisition, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction. The safeguards we use are intended to be appropriate to the information and the risks involved.
No Internet transmission, network, platform, or storage system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. We therefore do not promise absolute security.
Privacy laws give people different rights depending on where they live, which law applies to Arentha, and the kind of processing involved. Depending on those factors, you may have the right to:
Ask whether we process personal information about you and receive access to it.
Correct inaccurate personal information.
Ask us to delete personal information, subject to lawful exceptions.
Receive certain information in a portable, readily usable format.
Opt out of a qualifying sale of personal information.
Opt out of qualifying targeted advertising or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Opt out of certain profiling or automated decisionmaking where the law provides that right.
Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information where applicable.
Withdraw consent where our processing depends on your consent.
Appeal certain decisions we make about a privacy request.
Exercise a privacy right without unlawful discrimination.
Email us at privacy@arentha.net.
Tell us what you are asking us to do and provide enough information for us to understand the request. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests, but we will ask only for information reasonably necessary to do that.
An authorized agent may submit a request for you where the law allows it. We may ask for evidence of the agent's authority and, where permitted, may ask you to verify your identity or confirm the authorization directly.
We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If we deny or partially deny a request, we will explain what the law requires us to explain, including any available appeal process.
If the law gives you a right to appeal our decision on a privacy request, email privacy@arentha.net with the subject line “Privacy Appeal” and identify the original request. We will review the appeal and respond as required by law.
Some browsers and tools can send a universal privacy signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), that communicates an opt-out preference. Where the law requires it and the signal applies to processing on our Website, we will treat a recognized signal as a request to opt out of the applicable sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activity for that browser or device.
These signals are generally browser or device specific, so you may need to enable the preference separately on different browsers or devices. If Arentha is not engaged in processing subject to an opt-out right, the signal will not change Website behavior because there is no applicable activity to opt out of.
Arentha's public Website is a corporate and professional information site. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through general Website forms.
If we know, or applicable law treats us as knowing, that a Website user is a minor, we will handle that person's information in accordance with the protections that apply, including any rules concerning targeted advertising, sale, profiling, secondary use, precise geolocation, retention, or manipulative design practices.
If you believe a child or minor has provided information to us in circumstances that require action, contact privacy@arentha.net.
Arentha is based in the United States. If you visit the Website from another country, personal information may be processed in the United States or in another jurisdiction where one of our service providers operates.
Where European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar data-protection law applies to our processing, we will rely on an appropriate legal basis. Depending on the activity, that may include legitimate interests, consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, or compliance with a legal obligation.
Where required, we will use an appropriate mechanism for international data transfers and honor the rights provided by applicable law, which may include access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and the right to complain to a competent supervisory authority.
The Website may link to, or display content from, websites and services run by other companies. We do not control their privacy practices. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own policies and terms.
Our Website, technology, vendors, and legal obligations will change over time. When we update this policy, we will change the “Last Updated” date above. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide any additional or advance notice, or obtain consent, that applicable law requires.
